Terms and Conditions - Lure Menswear Summer 2023 Giveaway

1. The Lure Menswear Summer 2023 Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to all UK residents aged 18 and above. Entry into the Giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. The Giveaway will be conducted on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, and Grindr.

3. Winners selected at random and contacted by email every Friday, all non-winners will be notified weekly every Friday.

1. Entries from individuals residing outside the United Kingdom will not be counted.

2. Lure Menswear reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice and without liability.

3. The winners will be selected at random and contacted weekly via the social media platform they used to enter. Winners will be required to provide their postal details to claim their prize.

4. Lure Menswear will cover the cost of the underwear and postage for each winner. Each winner will receive one free pair of underwear, the winner is able to choose the size & style, however, the colour is chosen by Lure Menswear.

5. The postage will be sent using the 2nd class service provided by Royal Mail. Please note that this is an unrecorded service, and Lure Menswear will not be responsible for any undelivered or missing items.

6. Proof of postage will be provided by Lure Menswear upon request. However, Lure Menswear will not resend the item nor offer compensation for any undelivered or missing items.

7. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also consent to receive email marketing communications from Lure Menswear. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the emails.

8. Lure Menswear reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent activities.

9. The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform used for promotion.

10. Lure Menswear shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained by any participant or winner arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway or the use of the prize.

11. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

12. Lure Menswear reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

13. Any personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used in accordance with Lure Menswear's Privacy Policy.
