This website is operated by Lure Menswear Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lure Menswear Ltd. Lure Menswear Ltd offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SHIPPING

Tracked VS Untracked - Please Read if shipping internationally

Untracked - Lure will not accept responsibility if the items are undelivered or lost, if you select untracked, then shipping is at your own risk. We strongly suggest you choose tracked for international shipments.

In the unlikely event that an untracked parcel is not delivered, we will re-send your items again 20 working days after it was initially posted. Any undelivered parcels will not be re-sent before the 20 working day period due to the timeframe we are able to claim from our courier. 

Tracked - All items will be provided with tracking number (Hermes, Royal Mail etc). All UK orders are tracked as standard, if shipping internationally - we strongly suggest this method of shipment.

Unable to Deliver

Our courier companies will attempt to re-deliver in accordance with their own policy (Hermes is three times for example). If the package cannot be delivered for any reason (no one home, incorrect delivery address etc), the package will then be sent back to Lure. Only once we receive the items back at Lure, will we then contact you to arrange re-delivery - please note we do not offer refunds in this instance, we re-arrange delivery.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

To shop with us and place an order, you must be over the age of 16 and have a valid credit or debit card that we accept and have authorisation to use.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred, unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

ACCURACY, PRICING & PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

We endeavour to keep all pricing & product descriptions up to date and accurate wherever possible. We will try to keep our website as live as possible for pricing, promotions, out of stock listings & product description, however we take no responsibility if this is incorrect from time to time.

REFUNDS

If an order is placed where the item is no longer in stock or the pricing has changed but not reflected at check out, we will contact you to advise you on the error and let you either accept the new changes or cancel & be refunded.

Once orders are dispatched, there will be a minimum amount of times the courier company will attempt delivery - should the order not be delivered for any reason (incorrect address, recipient not being home etc), the order will be returned to Lure. Only once the order has been returned to Lure, will we arrange re-delivery to yourself, this will be at cost to the customer. In this instance, no refunds are offered as failed delivery is outside of our control. 

All other refunds will be minus shipping rates paid on the order (if you have selected Free Standard Shipping on any promotion, then this will be deducted at a rate of £2.90 as set out in the Shipping Policy)

All items include VAT where appropriate at the Standard UK Rate.

PROMO CODES

Any promotional or discount codes should only be used once and are likely to be time, value or product sensitive so is up to you to enter this at checkout. If we think a discount or promo code is being mis-used then we reserve the right to cancel or suspend the use of the code without telling you / in extreme cases we may cancel the order or suspend use of your account.

We reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend any discount or promotional codes at any time.
