Worldwide Shipping

• Ranges from £5 - £16 per order depending on the weight and location. Enter your delivery address at checkout for accurate shipping rates.

If any import duty, VAT, Handling Fees or any additional tax is applicable due to the destination country or the value of the order, these can't be pre-paid and would need to be paid by the receiver to the local authority in the destination country. 

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, however this may not be possible on Bank Holidays and Peak Dates such as Christmas / Black Friday etc. 

In the unlikely event that a parcel is not delivered, we are unable to take any action until 20 days after the scheduled delivery date has passed.

Tracked - All items will be provided with tracking number (Hermes, Royal Mail etc). All UK orders are tracked as standard, if shipping internationally - we strongly suggest this method of shipment.

Unable to Deliver

Our courier companies will attempt to re-deliver in accordance with their own policy (Hermes is three times for example). If the package cannot be delivered for any reason (no one home, incorrect delivery address etc), the package will then be sent back to Lure. Only once we receive the items back at Lure, will we then contact you to arrange re-delivery - please note we do not offer refunds in this instance, we re-arrange delivery.
